Privacy policy

Updated 16 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data on wekru.eu is «ДЕВ ЛОГИСТИКС» ООД (DEV LOGISTICS Ltd.), UIC 203438170, trading as KRU. Registered address: България, гр. София, п.к. 1836, р-н Подуяне, ж.к. Левски Г, бл. 14, вх. в, ет. 3, ап. 70.

For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, email sales@wekru.eu. Full company details.

2. What data we use

  • Enquiries: your name, website or project name, contact details for our reply, advertising budget range and a description of your needs, if provided.
  • Correspondence: the sender's address, message content and information you choose to share when discussing your project.
  • Technical data: your IP address and HTTP request data required to operate and protect the website. The page path and a randomly generated enquiry reference are added to your submission.

Required form fields are marked with an asterisk: we need these details to understand your enquiry and contact you. Describing your needs is optional. Providing your data is voluntary; you can email sales@wekru.eu instead of using the form.

Do not include passwords, bank card details, medical information or other sensitive information unrelated to your business enquiry in the free-text field.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Discussing your project and preparing a proposal. If you request services for yourself as a party to a potential contract, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Handling business correspondence. If you represent an organisation or send a general enquiry about working together, the legal basis is KRU's legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and communicating with prospective clients, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Operating and securing the website. Technical data is used to serve pages, limit spam and prevent abuse on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not use enquiry data for advertising profiling or to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who receives your data

Enquiries are handled by authorised KRU representatives. To operate the website and communicate with you, we use Cloudflare for hosting and website protection, Google for receiving email, and a cloud messaging service provider. The completed form is delivered to us through this messaging service. Each provider receives the data needed to perform its function.

We do not publish enquiry data on the website. Data may be disclosed to other recipients where required by law or necessary to protect rights in a specific dispute.

5. International processing

The services we use have international infrastructure, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Cloudflare's and Google's data processing terms provide for international transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for transfers it covers, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The applicability of these mechanisms is governed by the terms of the relevant service: Cloudflare DPA and Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

The cloud messaging service provider is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Processing may also involve its group companies in the British Virgin Islands and the UAE. Enquiry data is therefore not processed exclusively within the EEA. You can contact us directly by email instead of using the form.

Questions about recipients, international processing and applicable safeguards can be sent to sales@wekru.eu.

6. Retention and deletion

Information from an enquiry is retained while we review it and conduct related discussions. Once the matter is closed, unnecessary data is to be deleted from messages and copies available to us, unless there is an active contract, a legal obligation or a need to retain specific information for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If we enter into a contract, the necessary information becomes part of the project records and is retained for the applicable contractual, accounting and legal periods. Retention criteria include the purpose of the enquiry, the continuation of the business relationship, mandatory document retention periods and any specific dispute.

The website does not maintain its own permanent enquiry database. Submitted messages are stored in the messaging service we use and handled by a KRU representative. The form code does not save its contents in cookies or persistent browser storage. Unfinished entries remain on the open page; autofill depends on your browser settings.

Technical processing and retention by the providers themselves depend on the purpose of the relevant service and its applicable terms. The absence of our own enquiry database does not mean that no data is held within those services' infrastructure.

7. Cookies and analytics

When you select a language manually, the website saves your preference in a kru_locale cookie for up to one year. It is used only to remember your language choice. On your first visit, the language is determined by the country you connect from: Polish for Poland, Spanish for Spain and English for all other countries.

The website does not use advertising pixels, behavioural profiling tools or marketing cookies. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not installed. Fonts and media are hosted alongside the website.

Technical hosting and security measures serve the website and limit abuse. If optional analytics or technologies requiring consent are introduced, this policy and the visitor preference mechanism will be updated before they are used.

8. Your rights

Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access to your data and a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where specific processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To make a request, email sales@wekru.eu. Include the contact details you used in your enquiry and explain your request. If necessary, we will ask only for information sufficient to verify your identity. We generally respond within one month; if the law permits an extension, we will let you know and explain why.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including in the place of your habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

9. Updates

The current version is published on this page with its update date. If there is a significant change to the purposes of processing or the controller, we will provide further information where and as required by law.
